Pushed to the Limit?

Week 2: More than capable

Starting on this note, a very happy father’s day to all the fathers out there!

This week, was quite challenging with trying to meet task deadlines and all but were able to emerge thankfully.

We were given tasks for the week which involved building on where we left off last week and the goodnews is that 12EXNigeria is beginning to take shape with our website (landing page) going live.

The product design team was able to complete the low fidelity wireframe and proceed to the high fidelity and with this; the word press team are implementing it on the website.

The graphic design team created amazing flyers and videos which were used by the digital marketing team for creating posts for the week.

The digital marketing team were tasked with getting a hundred followers on each of the social media platforms and 100 sign ups on the website but they weren’t able to reach that goal.Looking at the bright side though, the task was almost done because the facebook page has 81 followers, Twitter has 67 and Instagram has 54. You can follow us here on Instagram Twitter and [facebook.com/12exnigeria-111488824921883

Signups on the website so far are just two and this is a challenge being taken on by the team to surpass the target this week. Fingers crossed.

The data analytics team analyzed both historical and user research data sets . They begun with the historical data analysis by scrapping a data set from Kaggle.com dating back to four years and this was used to show sales trends by analyzing and visualizing the data through Power Bi.Then finally, they analyzed the user research data scrapped from a survey carried out. From about 79 responses gotten, they were able to gather insight into what the target audience would love on the website.

The Quality assurance team were tasked to work with the PMs to test all features done by the developers and from their findings, they deduced that the website was loading successfully and the users were able to sign up perfectly. We crossed that hurdle thankfully.

The product management team using the Kanban method, used the app Trello to divide tasks and allow all teams to monitor their progress. They also assigned themselves to sub teams and meetings will begin subsequently and all the while still working on the roadmap for the product.

The CRM team so far have created a 12EX account on Tidio and are working furiously on an FAQ chatbot.

So far so good, we are making progress on 12EXand though pushed to the limit, we are ready to stretch ourselves. Stay tuned........
